I’m Noel. I’ve spent the past four years building in early-stage startups. Now I build small, fast AI tools: a wind forecast I check before every kite session, a traffic app for the family beach trip, most of what’s spinning in that spiral.
Almost everything I make comes out of something I actually live: a bridge, a wind forecast, a training week.
I studied Information Science at Columbia and Economics at Sciences Po, both class of 2023, one school in New York, one in France. Then I went into crypto: a summer at Privy (wallet and login infrastructure, acquired by Stripe), the founding team at Fermah (zero-knowledge proof infrastructure), then Hyperlane (interoperability between blockchains), where I ran a 20-account partner pipeline and closed $300K+ in partnership deals through 2025. Since December 2025 I’ve been shipping my own products full time. I like owning the whole thing, start to finish, and AI tools finally make that a one-person job.
The apps here started as tools I wanted for myself, then became things I ship, maintain, and use every day.

Sotto is a free, open-source graded reader for French, Spanish, and six other languages. You can read short stories with word-synced narration, tap any word to translate and save it, then practice the same vocabulary. You can discuss the passage with a voice tutor powered by Whisper, Qwen, and Kokoro running locally in your browser or, if you prefer, subscribe to a cloud tutor.
A live “when to leave” app for the Surf City bridge onto Topsail Island. Real-time traffic, NOAA tides, NCDOT incidents, two live cams, and a 7-day trip planner, so my family and I never sit in the holiday backup again.
Drift-free interval timers, Oura recovery sync, AI health read-outs, and SMS workout logging, built around my own 7-day plan.
A kiteboarding and surfing forecast dashboard for all my go-to spots on one live map. Multi-source wind, an AI conditions read, history charts, and push alerts when it’s finally on.
Built to run my own job search like a sales pipeline: a kanban board, an inbox scanner that reads Gmail for status changes, SMS nudges on stale items, and analytics on what’s actually converting.
Twenty-nine hand-built demo sites for small businesses along the Topsail coast of North Carolina: restaurants, clinics, kennels, cafes. Designed and shipped one at a time, each live at its own URL. The site exists before the pitch.
